Leadership Structure

We embrace a team leadership model, and thus have several different teams.   The leaders of these teams are called Lead-servants.

The Core Development Team (CDT)

Our Core Development team is a group of five men delegated the responsiblity to oversee, shepheard, lead, teach, encourage, and counseling our community of believers.

The men who seve on this team do so by the appointment of the commission of the presbytery who governs our church.
