Peninsula Rescue Mission

By Grace supports this local ministry in downtown Newport News to those who are homeless and/or struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Peninsula Rescue Mission is located at 3700 Huntington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607 – we help out on the last Tuesday of even numbered months at 5pm.

This is a great opportunity to be a light in our community. We are in need of 5 or 6 volunteers each time we serve. You can sign up to be part of a regular rotation or participate a few times a year. Please contact Justin Throupe (see below) for more information.
